Found this while shucking oysters. What I believe to be a pearl and also 2 pea crabs (found separately, in other oysters)

Blister pearl

Hello Joseph,

It does look like a blister pearl there on the oyster shell. It's a nice collectible oddity and worth holding on to if only for a memento.

I didn't know what pea crabs were so looked them up: "The pea crab, Pinnotheres pisum, is a small crab in the family Pinnotheridae that lives as a parasite in oysters, clams, mussels, and other species of bivalves." (Wiki)

Thanks for sharing about them. Nice to learn something new.
