Curious about the clasp ?

Hi. I have a pearl necklace from my grandma with the exact same clasp pictured. I'm wondeting if it is original to the necklace or if they were restrung at some point.

Hello Cass,

Well, it's hard to say because that is a very common clasp that can be found both on newly purchased pearl necklaces and in jewelry component stores.

It's a lovely clasp because it gives a nice antique look to the necklace.
