This Eagle button comes from my husband's grandfather. It was hand carved. I do not know how old this button and the dove button are for sure.(See Pearly Dove Necklace) But the grandfather did work for an early Button Factory when he was around 16 years old in 1912.

Deb,

I love your designs and how you incorporate the local pearl buttons, in this case the rare eagle as a pendant. As you know, I too, enjoy mixing the local vintage pearl buttons with pearls or just by themselves as in my "Earth Kissed" designs.

Deb has a knack for redoing necklaces that she either has or finds, often by adding pearls.
