Found a black pearl during dinner

My girlfriend and I just got engaged. We are enjoying a weekend in Montreal to celebrate. During dinner, she fed me a mussel and it felt like their was a rock in it. When I took a look at it, it turned out to be a black pearl! It was fun. We are going to see if it is worthwhile to make it into a piece of jewelry.
