Photos alone often don't provide enough information to answer that question. Sometimes pearls are attached to the shell. They are called, blisters or blister pearls. The value is usually less than a loose natural pearl but often still have value.
Some folks collect blister pearls and sometimes they can be removed and used in jewelry, etc.
