Shell of natural blister pearl

My boyfriend found this pearl when he was very young.He decided to keep it and give it to someone he really loves.0n my 21st birthday he decided to give it to me.It is so beautiful.It's attached to the shell and it is heart shaped.Was thinking of making it into a pendant and wearing it on my neck with a chain.Was also wondering if we were to sell it,how much will it cost and where can we do it?
