Pearl found on the beach on Monterey

my dad loved the beach and we used to treasure hunt together all the time. After he passed i felt that's my connection to him - and so when I went treasure hunting for sea glass and shells I couldn't believe when I looked down and saw this beautiful Pearl - what are the chances of finding a pearl on the beach ? I've been told not much but I think my dad sent a beautiful valentines gift to me.
