Rare 14 Carat Conch Pearl 12mm with Star Shaped Topaz on Sterling

Shape: Rare Tetrahedron - three sided pryamid. This is a "puffy" tetrahedron with the "corners" of each triangle being a slightly lighter color. A tetrahedron is a polyhedron composed of four triangular faces, six straight edges, and four vertex corners. On this one, the sides aren't flat but like a balloon are blown up "puffy". It's a fascinating shape! (Photos don't do it justice and make it look very roundish.)
