This pearl was collected by my late father-in-law in Northern California in the 1940's while free diving for Abalone. Any idea as to it's value?

I once had an abalone pearl as a child (parents' friend was a diver who let us hold it for a year) I've always really wanted to buy one. If you know of anyplace or have an extra to sell?

what a nice looking pearl,,,i am looking for infomation as to who i can show my pearls to, i have a few in my possesion that came from my father as he was a diver, ? can anybody help

There are buyers for these and price depends on the quality, size, etc.
